If I may make some suggestions, I would first say that the clothing needs some work. The shirt just looks like it's clinging onto her body, especially the breasts.

The sleeves should look like they are hanging from the shoulders, not clinging to her arms.

The contour of the breasts shouldn't be fully visible through a shirt.

The lineart also needs to be neater. The hand holding the headphones looks odd, especially the ring finger. I don't think ring fingers can bend that way.

The face and hair don't look too bad, but the bridge of the nose could be a bit more defined...maybe with some sort of shadow.
