Here is my take on Firestar! I really got the chance to play around with Firestar's design. I like keeping some transformer designs close to the original, but some I just want to go wild on and explore. Firestar is one of the more wild designs that I've done so far. I tried to make her look a little bit more ornate than normal for the sake of her story.

TF135: Firestar

  Prewar, Lady Firestar was the revered ruler of the cybertronian colony of Caminus, where she held the formal position of the Mistress of the Forge. As the Mistress of the Forge, Lady Firestar was also tasked with leading Caminus's dominant ideology, "The Way of the Forge." This ideology was based around furthering any and all creative and artistic practices within the cybertronian culture. By doing so, they see themselves as continuing the jobs of the Thirteen Primes. However, the ideology has a specific focus on the engineer, Solus Prime, who built the first generation of cybertronians. This resulted in all natural cybertronians carrying a piece of her within their spark. This "spark gene" is responsible for both the existence of female cybertronians and the rare trait of naturally yellow eyes. Any bot with either of these traits are held in a high status on Caminus, but a bot with both traits is given the status of "Daughter of Solus," and treated like a celebrity.

  Although she was loved by her people, Lady Firestar was often seen as a pompous snob on Cybertron, where many saw her ideology as either a cult or a reason to shirk off meaningful productivity. "Mistress of Flame" and "Way of the Flame" were two of the most common nicknames associated with Firestar on Cybertron. However, despite the tension, Caminus and Cybertron had a booming economy with each other. Caminus provided the arts and entertainment, while Cybertron provided supplies and resources. However, this came to a crashing halt when the Great Cybertronian War saw the destruction of the Space Bridge.

  Firestar was devastated by this act. Not only was she now tasked with saving Caminus from total collapse; but her unison (husband), and sparkling, were on Cybertron visiting his brother, Inferno, during the destruction of the Space Bridge. Despite initial hardships, Firestar managed to maintain control of the Caminus and spin the calamity into a renaissance of self-sustainability across the colony. After several decades, Canimus was finally sustaining itself well enough for Firestar to begin developing a plan to reunite herself with her missing family, Artfire and Flareup.
