I dunno, it just makes it look a little awkward to me. I don't mean to be picky or anything, since I can tell it's very good even though the brightness of these macs makes it harder to see the details in shading, but I honestly think the lineart takes away from it. Not because it's bad, but because it's better than the artist... and it kinda shows in certain areas.

I'm a really presumptuous person, and I don't know how to keep my nose out of others' business sometimes... but these comment thingies were put her for a reason so... >_< I feel I must.

It looks to me like you're a perfectionist (ignore me if I'm wrong, I'm sorry!). I think a lot of people are nowadays because there's always someone bigger and better than ever just down the block, but if you focus too much on the quality it saps the fun out of it... which makes the piece come out dry/flat/bland in some way or another. I've said this on a fanfiction forum a while ago, cuz I'm a Narutard ftw, that there needs to be a healthy amount of fun and critique that goes into the making of any piece of art -- or fiction for that matter. If you have too much focus on the end product or on fun it kinda messes with both.

Just saying... in case. Yeeaaah. >.<

all i can say is, i have fun doing the things i do. i was just practicing with portraits at that time, and i still am.

my version of it is a little flat now that i come back and look at it.. u should paint it with more vibrant colors. good luck!
