My entry for 's Who Am I Contest.

Archseer is the nemesis of Farseers. He was hailed as the founder of KaranBennan-Carrec e Ot Novasmair (the Kabal of the Black Phoenix), an organisation now holding one of the most influential positions on the Dark Eldar planet of Commoragh, and the only significant Dark Eldar presence in Segmentum Pacificus - at present led by his daughter Badb Archon Angau (here and here ). Believed to have been around during the period of The Fall, he disdains the use of magic in his dealings, and in his battles, yet is fully aware of the strength of it. Thus, one of his obsessions was the capture, torture and execution of Farseers on Eldar worlds that he would raid.

The runes on his clothing are runes to ward of the use of spells against himself, and some believe his comrades in arms as well. Gems are believed to be the depository of souls in the Eldar culture, and the gems he has serve the same purpose as the runes. He wields the sword Sen'LuiSinathSiraio, literally translated as 'Swift Silencing of Magic'. According to records and stories still abound in Commoragh, the sword had the ability to cut through even the powerful protective spells that Farseers often had on them.

Seen here he is at the doorway of his palace, the guards flanking the entrance come from the sect of the Incubi, who are breed from young to guard the nobility of Commoragh.

Archseer is a character of my own, he is part of the 'fluff' (story) for my warhammer 40,000 Dark Eldar army.
