This is another piece of work from the recent college outing to the local park in Cramlington, and loosely considered part of the series Deadwood. Edited for image size, crop, and levels adjustment.

these levels adjustment just give this work many identities; from sea organ life to tree life of pine what is it in reality, but this is great surreal fragment.

Everything about this image draws you to the centrepiece of this composition - the shallow d.o.f., the darker edges, the leading lines, the bright centre and the "tentacles" seemingly pulling you into the middle before the eye moves out again and the process repeats itself. Wonderful work! You always leave such thoughtful comments on people's work so I thought I would make an attempt at a few words myself
