Raf's digital scrapbook, 10 years after Predacons RisingThis was a request from Fanatic97 , connected to the other Miko-wedding-picture things from before.
It was a bit tricky because I had to make each of the four "photos" as separate, individual drawings and then shrink them down to fit together. Thankfully they didn't lose much detail.
Fun fact: the picture of Little Raf in bear pajamas came from a concept art sketch of him in The Art of Prime.

I guess there's no avoiding any type of scuffle when you marry a Wrecker. Β But I bet that the wedding night would be well worth all of the danger!

wedding preparations alone are probably chaotic, and there was probably a scuffle over which Wrecker got to give her away at the wedding lol

I can't help but wonder what their honeymoon would be like, or how they would handle parenthood. Β It would interesting to see how Jack deals with a pregnant Miko's mood swings

Ultra Magnus: "...Major Nakadai isn't going on missions, correct? The doctor forbade it?"
Jack: "Well how about you tell her that. You're bulletproof."

Miko: "Yeah, which is a better color for the nursery: yellow or green?"
Jack: "Because both are gender-neutral colors, but Miko says green is better."
Miko: "It is. Don't argue."
Arcee: "......"

Well, so long as Miko doesn't get cravings for energon, I'm sure things will be fine.
So, who would be on call to drive the future parents to the hospital when it's "time": Bulkhead, Wheeljack, or someone else?

probably Bulkhead, all things considered. Armored vehicle, more room in his vehicle interior, and completely used to anything and everything Miko could potentially throw at him.

Yet, I'm sure that not even Optimus Prime, let alone any other Autobot would be prepared to learn about the human's "miracle of birth", especially once they actually find out where babies come from.

Ratchet might be the only one mentally prepared for that!
Bee probably found out when Raf did, and both of could be heard gagging and making puking noises afterwards. Arcee said they were just being dramatic.
Bulkhead didn't ask what they were freaking out about. He didn't want to know.
Years later, as he was driving Miko and Jack to the hospital, he heard Bumblebee all but hyperventilating on the line, "Don't tell me it's fine! Do you know what human sparklings look like when they merge?! They look like angry potatoes with arms and legs!" (which did beg the question of how in the world did Bee know enough about potatoes to even make that comparison, but Bulkhead had other matters on his mind at the time)

And with the voice of Will Friedle, I can't help but imagine Bumblebee sounding like Ron Stoppable during that time, lol.

Arcee: "And *why* are we driving eighty miles at three am to get a pickle milkshake again?"
Jack: "Because I like not sleeping on the couch and not having Bulgarian Slash Metal played from the other side of the bed while I try to sleep."

And then there was the *wonderful* moment when the Autobots all realized that the Darbys' unborn child was now able to hear and distinguish voices outside of the womb, and Miko and Jack spent the remainder of the pregnancy repeating "Uncle Bee is exaggerating, Grandpa Magnus isn't telling the story right, Auntie Arcee wasn't even there, and you are never allowed to repeat what Uncle Wheeljack just said!"

Jack stared hesitantly down at the box on the porch of his little house. This was a military base in the middle of North America, while it didn't have the security of say, the White House, it should have been one of the safest places on the planet. But something told him that the shoebox sized package, emblazoned with a blood red Β wreckers symbol, hadn't been properly inspected of vetted. Despite the warning sirens going off in his head Jack gingerly reached down and picked up the metal container and carried it inside. He was glad his position as UNIT E meant that he didn't have to share the small space.Β
He set the box down on the Army green counter and went to pull the scanning device Raf had made for him years ago out of his duffel. The beam ran over the box and came up clean, or rather blank, it couldn't penetrate the thick insulation. But the codes were Wheeljacks and if an enemy had those then Earth had far bigger problems than could be caused by taking out one soldier. Jack took a deep breath and opened the box.
He wasn't sure what he had been expecting but a note card sitting in an indentation wasn't it. An indentation the exact size of one of Wheeljack's grenades to be exact. Jack opened the card and read the rough handwriting.
"Jack,
heard you were down in Panama with the Joes for training. Heard there were a lot of pretty human femmes. Just a friendly note to remind you what my motto is....and that I got a one/one for you, just in case you forget how wonderful our Miko is.

Jack gave a chuckle and closed the lid. But he kept the note and slipped it into his pocket. Wheeljack was devoted to Miko's happiness but probably wouldn't have made the connection between the beautiful women on the beaches of Panama and any danger to Jack's honor on his own. If his beautiful fiance was felling nervous enough for the rest of the Wrecker to notice it meant he hadn't been paying her proper attention. Jack pulled out his phone and after a quick check of his bank account looked up a number from the city Miko was currently training in.
"Hello Pete's Flowers for All Occasions? Can I get a dozen purple roses delivered?"

A few days later the unit; E Base heard Captain Nakdai Squeal in delight at the roses that were delivered. Bulkhead paid Wheeljack fFIfty shanix because he bet that Wheeljack's package wouldn't have gotten there and that he would be court martiledΒ

I bet Bee (and possibly the rest of the Autobots after getting the idea from him has taken to bribing various relatives to come up with picture of Raf from before their meeting. Β I imagine a scene where the Autobots are hanging out at McCadams after the war, clustered around a table looking intently at the display in Bee's hands.
Bee: ...and this was right after he lost his first tooth. He was six.
Arcee: Well Jack lost his first tooth when he was still five. (pulls out a picture to prove it)
Bulkhead: Miko knocked out her first tooth when she was three!
Bee: Didn't that hurt?
Bulkhead: Well it wasn't *her* tooth exactly. (he produces a poliece report with a little mug shot)Β

and then this creaky old-timer with something like a beard walks up to their table out of the blue and slams a hologram display down in front of them.
"Orion Pax chipped a denta and collapsed an archive display six days after being separated from his Guardian for the first time. Beat that, whippersnappers!"
(how exactly Alpha Trion managed to get into Maccadams without being noticed remains one of life's great mysteries)
