So...this is a scene from PokΓ©mon Adventures...Volume 29, Chapter 334
Gold is telling Red & Yellow (who are missing their Pikachus after being freed from being sculptures) that the pikachus are "down there" while pointing down at the sea^^
This one is onlya colored mangascan again ^^
