A Raichu, named Tyson, in a battle at some... place. Idk
Dunno who's Electabuzz that belongs to either Just randomly though of a Pokemon that used Thunderbolt.
Battle scene layout inspired by Battle Scenes in Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen.

Agility is what I like to see about Raichu.
Many believe that Pikachu is faster and more agile than his evolution, which isn't true, especially with 20 more speed that Raichu have).
Also, Tyson is a weird name for female Raichu. Maybe Tysonia would suit her better, just saying.
