Another in my "alternative parking" series - and this one really is a classic!!
This is a T-junction... I am taking the shot from the crossing road and the car is parked (yes it really is!!) on the branch that forms the tee.... The branch is (thankfully) a "no through" road.
This car is parked directly on top of a S T O P sign painted on the roadway just before the solid white line. Zoom in and you will see the rear wheel right above the T....
So anyone using that branch / no through road, must stop; and then drive around the parked car (so ending on the oncoming lane) to enter the crossing roadway in either direction...
Either the police are too busy to pass this way, or they are "blind" to such issues OR they know the owner.....
