I absolutely LOVE Snow White. I haven't seen enough Snow White art around
She is the most beautiful princess and disney girl after Esmeralda. Her purity and sweetness may be irritating to some or a sign of weakness but I find that feauture absolutely adorable!Sketch was done in pencil on paper, no particular reference, just looking at bits of the movie on YouTube. Coloured in PS and stuff. Pink background cause I can!
I only drew her head because this particular sketch is part of a bigger sketchdump I've done of Snow white, which I will eventually put all together. Her hand was a pain in the b*tt and so was the bird. I'm hopeless and drawing animals! I really should practise.

I keep forgetting how old this movie is. Everyone's seen it at least once (or in the very least, heard of it); it's still surprising to know that it was first released in the 30's.

thank you! Yes I find it amazing, it was the greatest accomplishment in animation in those days!To think of it it's all completely drawn and animated by hand...and it's still very enjoyable, even compared to the advanced technology in animation nowadays.
