This is a very nicely done piece, I honestly have no idea why you're asking for criticism. But if I had to say something, It would be maybe to soften the right side of the blood dribbling down her chin to give it a more liquid effect. And possibly clean up the wing bones a bit, if your indeed going for the cleaner look, then give the wings a bit more dimension with shadows. Oh, And I barely made out your signature, So maybe if you changed the color to black or white, unless its not suppose to be seen.
