This is a painting for an artbook: 140 hits in art.Website: [link]
Idea: I had to choose a favourite song and make an illustration with it. I chose an instrumental song (later i will tell it) It's dreamy but scary at the same time.
I had different ideas about 'the thing' that should be on top. I'm glad the octopus fits well.

i love the color tone and the octopus, the transparents look is pretty sweet

Die octopus is echt supergoed gelukt zeg, echt vet cool. De vloeiende vormen van zijn (haar?) tentakels om de pot ziet er echt heel mooi uit. En hartjes uit de jonkvrouw haar underpants? dayumn, ben benieuwd wat voor liedje het is!

Hey, dankjewel hoor. Ik vond het ook echt leuk om te doen. Vaak moet ik 'snel snel' werken, maar het is veel toffer om even rustig eraan te zitten.
Ja: De hartjes komen uit haar broekie. Had eerst al een schets daarvan.
