Metal Cd is the same Metal Sonic but reformed to do good, in his own way.He is someone Neutral, he still hates Sonic but he already decided that it was a waste of time to keep thinking about destroying him. He just wants to have a peaceful life away from Eggman. Being his own person.
He slightly changed his name so as not to be called Metal Sonic anymore.
He is frequently called Dr Metal by his co-workers. Because he is in charge of seeing the health and well-being of the Chaos
