Gwen 10 looks exactly like her 11-year-old self on the main timeline, except that her shirt has a number 10 on the cat's logo and uses the Omnitrix on her left wrist. Your Omnitrix looks like the original Omnitrix before its recalibration but is stylized in the color scheme of your shirt. In addition, its energy is pink, instead of green. The symbol of the Omnitrix assumes the same shape as the logo of the cat on his shirt every time it is in an alien form, with the exception of Wildvine.

The personality of Gwen 10 is the same as that of her 10-year-old self of the main timeline. She tends to make sarcastic comments directed at alternate Bens about some of her whims or intelligence levels, while also being a very caring and courageous person who believes that family is the only thing one should be able to tell about any another thing. Gwen 10 is usually analytical about situations and mysteries if and when there is time. However, she may be ready to take action first when circumstances call her or when her family seems to be in danger
