This is truly beautiful. I adore the design and colors of the dragon and the icy mountains. The wings are lovely, too. Wonderful, wonderful work!

You always pick fantastic colors for your dragons.
This is just a personal opinion, but perhaps you should start doing a bit more with the wing membrane. The whole thing doesn't just appear at the shoulder; it would result in a massive hole in the lift produced by the wing. The whole thing should run partway down the side of the dragon. Some even take them as far as the hindquarters.
You don't have to do that, of course.
I may be younger than you, but I've been drawing for a very very short period of time. I can't just pick up pencil crayons and color like this as easily as you could move to digital with the skills you already have.
And, aw I want a tablet... >_>

Gee, I always thought drawing with a pencil was easier than digitally...I've tried using my daughter's tablet, although not long enough to really form an opinion, 
And, save your pennies and you can have a tablet too!

I always hear people talking about having to get used to tablets, but I'm sure all it takes is practice. Just like everything else. XD

Never drawn horses before (though my cousin loves to do them). I'm not really drawing to be an artist, though; I'm drawing cause I like dragons, and drawing them is my own little way to bring them to life.
