Description
Completion of my latest commission. Mother & Daughter.I wanted to capture the emotion in this very loving a sweet pose and I hope I was able to.
The reference was strong and I enjoyed working on this piece.

Hair has always been my weak point in the past and is an element I have really concentrated on recently so I am glad you mentioned it a a positive visual aspect. It means a lot.

When I was given the reference, although it is fairly traditional as far as photographic portraits go, I really sensed a lot of emotion. I am glad you feel I have managed to recreate an element of feeling in my work.
As for the ornamental blouse work. I have to thank the creator of Blue Tac.
