It is a very beautiful depiction of Fluttershy, and is very much how I see Fluttershy looking if she were human. Overall I can find little fault with it and I wouldn't find it necessary to find fault if you hadn't asked for critique thus I will state that there is a little too much shading on her fingers and Angel's back making it difficult to distinguish the direction of he light source in this image. Also I think a little and I do mean very little detail on Fluttershy's cheek to give it more shape would be good. Bar from that you have done my Waifu very well.
Take not im no artist so please don't except this as an expert opinion.

the only fault i can find in this drawing (and its barely even that) is the watch's angle could be alittle more facing towards fluttershy. so it looks like hes showing her not us. and maybe alittle bigger and rounder on angel's ears. but this is awesome e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
ope! one more little thing ^^ idk if you wanted it this way or what but if your sticking to the style you did Fluttershy, i think angel's profile should be alittle more realistic, like more deffined eyebrow and nose, but obviously you took more of the show's style for angel and thats cool too e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

I'm using photoshop for this. Basically, You create a new layer on top of your basic one, set the mode to color and paint it with whatever colors you like. Then just use a filter like gaussian blur or motion blur to give the colors smooth transition and it's done
