I miss Dragonball Z.
Haha, so I haven't drawn anything DBZ-ish in a loong time. I've been wanting to try my take on Trunks too, so here he is! And maybe it's just me, but I find the original style of dbz a lot harder to draw than it looks.

that style is suprisingly hard to draw. I found though that if you practice using the style he used in Dragonball then try DBZ characters it makes it easier

I agree it is hard to draw you can do a simple pic and if you don't get the shapes right they look like crap...This is really good drawing!

speaking of which - i really like the blending in the supersaiyan bit. purple and yellow work well together. and frankly its tres sexy here.

Woah, Trunks in your style is awesome. I really like the way his hair looks in between transformation between super saiyan. The original style is hard, I don't know how I used to draw like that. Beautiful work.

o______o I'm really glad your ATLA picture made it to the popular pages or I would have never found your gallery. *clings to Trunks* DBZ was my second anime ever (Sailor Moon was first) and Mirai Trunks is one of my favorites along with teenaged Gohan. ^^

Mirai Trunks was the only version of Trunks I liked. Gohan was cool whenever he wasn't wearing his school clothes...or those piccolo ones...orrrr the Saiyan Man get up. lol.

I only really thought Future Trunks was cool, I never really like the other versions of him. I couldn't get the purple hair either. Haha, it's like Vegeta-black and Bulma-green, make Trunks...purple? But yeah, Im going to take a guess here and say that Piccolo was your favorite.
