This time this is definitly Halloween spirit. Cheecky smile, slother style in rather gotique style, spirits on his arms (nice effect with these luminoscity shining eyes). The light and shadow are welldone, especially how effected the hypodermic syringe. I think the overview looks interesting, alike character looking from hole in the wall

Haha, this looks great. I love the creepiness of the background and how you portray a playful and sinister feel on the kid's face. The evil little creatures lurking behind him is a nice touch - almost looks like they are making the outline of a town to me, and I shudder to think was is in that syringe.
