Short after the Lone Survivor found his way out of Vault 111, two Institute mooks set a trap for him, literally drowning the poor guy in highly irradiated FEV lake.
...Bad for them, it did not work out.
Instead of melting down like Master of the FO1, his genetical structure merged with a Deathclaw lying long dead on the bottom of the same lake. And thus the human-claw hybrid was born, a lovely yet fierce cannibalistic giant who loves to cuddle with his loyal Codsworth! ^_^

Now you can play as a Deathclaw hybrid too! I'll try it when I upgrade my video card, along with other mods for such build (Deathclaw fight animations, deeper character voice, healing from radiation etc).
