You'd probably think that if you're a bulletproof synth, you'll be perfectly safe facing anracho-promitivist tribes that choose to live closer to nature rather then being a cog in a corporate machine. Right?WRONG.
Those tribals are just choose to live with nature, yet they're not some kind of aboriginal people.
They have 3D-prinetrs, they have access to Fed-net (the future's "federal" Internet), there are a lot of proficcient hackers among them.
Some were active servicemen (and women) who know the tactics very well.
They use bows and crossbows because it's easier to penetrate synth magnetorheological armor with monomolecular arrow then a low-velocity (i.e. modern) bullet plus arrows use RWF (radioelectronic countermeasures) emmiters to disable them.
So here lies Zara, as his VTOL was shot down by railgun fire, and he himself paralized by arrows. And Alisa is certainly interested in his... Body, at least.
