He worked as a technician for many highbloods. With the little money he made, he bought parts for a huge clock he was building. He was absolutely fascinated with how gears could create far more complete machines. He became matesprits with the Rhythmic Wayfarer (Nixina's ancestor) after they meat at a client's hive.

However, like lightning, his life was fast and short-lived. A sickness caused by chemicals from a prototype oil he made to improve his clocked got him quite young.
