Some people like GriswaldTerrastone below seem to think this stamp means : "religion is the source of all evil", which (to me) is off the point. Taking the chainsaw off the serial killer's hands won't change his/her nature and he will still try to murder by other means. But it's always one less weapon from his/her arsenal

The problem is human nature. If someone wants to kill, then any excuse will do.

But I think serial killers are just so amusing with chainsaws! Id actually be happy if all serial killers were required to use heavy power tools and nothing else; at least you can see/hear them coming and you have plenty of time to get into skimpy clothes and run through the dark woods just like in the movies!

lol I thought the other day that god's motivations are kinda like a movie serial killer. He has a gun to your head, demands you worship the ground he walks on, and says if you follow him after you die you'll go to a wonderful place, and if you hate him he'll throw you in a dark firely pit for all eternity. That's some serious hannibal lector shit.

Come on, the god of the old testament makes serial killers look like puppies. He starts off with a bang by killing everyone and everything but Noah, his family, and 2 (or 7) of each animal; and thats just the first book!

Yeah, he keeps the kill count high. With all of the atrocities, diseases, and general overall fuckedupness of normal human life, a universe made by that God is basically en epic version of those SAW movies. But of course, you're supposed to get down on your hands and knees and worship this thing just because it hasn't killed you yet. I'd take my chances with Cthulhu personally.
