It's been a long time right? I've figured out what exactly these Neons are, so I've decided to continue doing these.

What Neon Chromes are:

Neon Chromes exists in a Dream.
They can be existing individuals dreaming, or the dream world's inhabitants.
Chromes can be humans, human-like, or completely beast-like. They can pretty much look like ANYTHING.
Everyone who's a Neon Chrome has their own powers assigned with their own Colors.
These Colors and Powers changes constantly when they are young, but after puberty they settle on one color with one power.
However, it is possible for the Chromes to have 2 to 4 colors, but this is a very rare case.
With more colors, more powers are given to the Chromes, however this takes a huge toll on the Chrome, and they are doomed to have short lifetime.

Gods of Colors exists, they are the only ones who can have more than 4 colors and live in the Dream World forever.

Neon Chromes are a Concept, it is not a Species. You may create your own.
But please do not make your Chrome more than 2 colors or a god.

Rules:

- You can change the design after purchase. (Clothes/Hair/etc.)
- You are free to change their colors/do what you want with your purchase.
- Credits would be nice, but I won't demand it.
- Please send me the money AFTER I close the auction.
- If you want to re-sell, please charge the same amount of money you've spent for it.
- Please don't fight over the design. If you have a problem, please note me.
- I would love to see what you've done with the characters once you've won them. But this isn't mandatory.

Info/What you'll get with the Characters

- Starting price for these Designs will be 10 USD with Min increase 1USD

- If you've been out-bid, you are free to bid again. Bid Under the Highest Bidder.

- Auto buys for each will be added if it was needed.

- Winners will receive the individual designs in High res. The winners may also receive an extra Artwork of their character with +$20 if they would like.

- If the bids surpasses 50 USD, you will receive the concept sketch/Character sheet like this one :
