Yup. Fantina in Paris.
This is part of the new theme at Bulbakaki, involving Fantina and her pokemon. Don't really know if Fantina is ACTUALLY from France, but the english version she uses French here and there, and I really wanted to do the Eiffel Tower at night. So here we are. ^^Medium:
