Chloe is the bastard daughter of an eccentric billionaire named Raymond Holt. She has an older sister that is 2 years her former named Dahlia. She does not know who her real mother is, and she was highly disliked by her father and step-mother her whole childhood. She was permitted to ride horses with Michael Donovan at his farm starting when she was 7 years old. At the age of 16, she ran away from her father and Michael took her in. The only reason why she can still stay with him and afford her horses is because she blackmails her father into it by threatening to tell the press about the real identity of her mother.

Chloe is a sweet girl, really. She tries her best. The Donovan family has made a significant impact on her life and are the reason why she’s not, well, insane.

She’s primarially a show jumper and has one horse: Contrapasso, or “Ezran / Ezzy / Ez”
