First you give up, then you give in.

Fell seeks out humans who have have succumb to their own fears and have lost the will to continue on in their endeavors. He's not above pushing people to this point, often stalking those who are having difficulty and taunting them. His favorite game is to follow people hiking in the woods and break branches and scratch trees, amping them up until they panic and run. He'll chase them until they exhaust themselves and collapse, and then continue tormenting them with sounds to feed off of their resulting fear.

When alone, Fell has a tendency towards nervous fidgeting, but is otherwise fairly lazy. He used to pick at his fingers, until he stripped them bare. Then he had to settle for his toes, until he stripped those bare too. Now all he has left to fret at are the rings on his fingers, which he'll twirl and clack with until he runs out of energy and takes one of his many naps.
