In my theory, I think Mickey and Sonic are cousins​​. Sonic was created and inspired from Mickey. They just followed the path of fame by different companies. One theory too silly, I know.

Oswald - the lost brother of Mickey Mouse - in my drawing style has blue hair and green eyes like Sonic. The difference is the shoes.
