My golden couple.

Okay, maybe 'golden' isn't exactly the right word, but they're my main characters of AW.

This pic was slapped together from many places. I'd tried once before the main drawing that makes up this piece to do a Faces profile. It ended up ghastly, so I redid it. But looking back on the old one, I couldn't help but fee that there were pieces on it that could be salvaged, such as two of the chibis and one figure of Aya. (See if you can identify which parts they are!)

This is really the first time I've gotten their coloring right, especially for Aya. Since he's silver-blooded, not red like a common demon, he's so pale that it stands to defy reality, and his hair which is silver as well. I'm very proud of finally getting his coloring near-perfect for the first time. Now all I need to do is to explore the deeper shades of silver to make him look more vibrant. (If anyone knows how to do this, much help is encouraged. )

Alice's hair is more of a pale reddish-blonde than I have here, really. Since she's a half-breed, and she's demonic royalty, she has a unique condition of her coloring that sort of 'glows'. I say that haphazardly, because she doesn't 'glow' in the conventional sense. It's more of a head-turner than anything.
