... what a lame attempt to make up for Valentine's -.-

On other news, my very first real FANART pic in a long long time! And since it was Valentine's day, what better way to enjoy it by drawing a coupling. I chose Katsuya and Kyoko Honda, the one couple in Furuba with very little fanbase on dA. (Seriously, try searching for them, and you end up with only a few images).

I have to say it wasn't too hard trying to find Kyoko, but Katsuya... now that was a pain! There were hardly any pictures of him in colour (!). Most were in black and white from the manga. I had to imagine most of him in my head, but I Googled him and found images of his eye and hair colour. It surprised me. After seeing images of him in colour (worth two pages on Google... yes, two...), I realised he looked so much like Shigure! o_o... Katsuya looks like Shigure! In hair and eyes! I find it very funny because referencing from the manga, Katsuya and Kureno look alike in appearance.

Now, Shigure and Kureno are not on good terms with one another. Ironically, Katsuya looks like BOTH of them... o_O;; Please, I have no yaoi intentions...

I may sound weird, but I find that mind-boggling.

The one thing about Kyoko though is that her eyes were a sore pain in the butt! Every time I tried to colour them, they turned out too big for her face. Again and again. I kind of am mediocre about them now.

Yes, and I am still reeling over the fact that Katsuya's eyes are not evil enough. ARGH!!! I do not give Natsuki-san enough credit for my inadequate lack of talent. -.-

It's Valentine's! He's supposed to look more gentler!! >>...

I'm thinking of making a 2008 Calendar out of this idea. Thanks to ~H-san , she made a list of all the couplings in Furuba. Sarah McLachlan's Ordinary Miracle was playing when I viewed it once upon a time and suddenly it clicked.

"I want to make a Furuba Shipping Calendar!!"

I just need advice as to go along with that. -.- I don't know what size is best for a calendar. Any suggestions?
