Description This is a picture I took when * silverandsorrow and I got lost on "the never ending path" for two hours. It's called a "Lamb's ear" plant, and it was on the old railroad tracks; hence the title. Such a pretty plant... and so soft. I just had to take a picture of it!

I really like the subject of the photo and the environment. the contrast is also great, clear and crisp. Good shadows and bright highlights. Nice work.

Tnis is the photo I like the best in your gallery. It's beautiful,

Most of all, it's unique, metaphorical, and has all sorts of nifty symmetry going on. It's 'amazingness' found in an everyday situation.

Reminds me of a picture I took of a bloated pigeon sitting on a train rail. ^^
