This is a request for a very good friend of mine I've been meaning to put this one up for a while, but haven't gotten around to it till now. My wrist has been bugging me lately and that reminded me that I had promised to get this one done a while ago b/c I had said that if I didn't get it done, she'd have my permission to stab me in the hand (a joke of course, and has nothing to do with why my wrist was hurting) And what'd you know, now my wrist doesn't hurt anymore Not really, actually, it's still giving me a hard time But I needed to get this once done, so here it is

Here's what's going on... This is 's character that I made her, a Shade named Iima (still working on the name ) She's the Shade leader, even though she's a few rocks short of a cave, and the fact that she's completely blind. To a Shade blindness is the biggest Taboo there is b/c it means that once they're killed, they can't use their ability as a shape-shifter to be re-born again. The only reason she's the leader is because everyone's amazed that she's survived as long as she has due to her condition (which has nothing to do with my friend, it's all purely fabricated for the story.)

Anyways, my friend is obsessed with this one character I came up with, Olivia (the little tiger-girl there) and asked (more like begged) me to make her her character's daughter. Being the good friend that I am, I humored her. It makes the story more interesting anyways. So, back to what I was saying... Since Iima's blind, she can't tell what she's doing half the time, so instead of cuddling her daughter like she wanted to, she ends up holding a rock while Olivia sits nearby and munches on the cookie Iima gave her. So Olivia is saying "silly mother". Oh, one more thing I should mention, Olivia's Russian. No, she's not adopted, it's just complicated to explain outside of their story. I'll get around to it eventually.
