That is a very nice interface. Is it a group of photoshop brushes or shapes? How long did it take to create?

Yes. It's a group of brushes from the link below the description. It actually took about 2 hours to do. I had to arrange the brushes in a way so that they all fit together. The background was the easiest thing to do.
