If we are not careful, too many species may disappear from this planet. What then?
What will we tell future generations?
The orca is estimated to have a worldwide population of 50,000 wild individuals at minimum.
They're fine.
For now.
One of the most endangered cetaceans is the North Atlantic Right Whale.
As few as 300 remain.
They will fade into the blue.
Extinction is forever.

I love drawings like this, the orca looks so peaceful and the message is so real, it almost makes me cry. Our ocean friends need help. It breaks my heart to see the awful things people do to them. Then when I see people that care about them, love them as individuals and fight to protect them no matter what the stubborn business people say, it makes my heart so happy. It feels like there's hope.

Really beautiful here...there're so many details in the background. Ground, some more fishies, underwater mountains. And sparkles, sparkles everywhere.
...One of the bubbles on the whale also looks like a heart. 8D I think that really fits the topic!

What a beautiful piece, I really like how blue the orca is in this picture, making her look so ghostly. Most of all I love the conservation message that goes along with it though, those are some very strong words. If only the 'big people' high up the chains would realise this too, and would use their power to do something about it. The rate at which we are losing the natural world around us is frightening.

Yeah, we're basically wrecking everything all around. Bees like you mentioned, but also fish (90% of all big predatory fish are gone), the reefs (all have been bleached to some extent)... it's really disheartening sometimes. But on the other hand we cannot forget that there is indeed still something to save like that awesome quote in the description says, it's not too late yet.
