Requests are like asking to the artist to work for free. Some artists don't mind them. Some are offended by them. So it's polite to ask once if they accept requests. Commissions are paying the artist to do their request.Β

I like it! You managed to capture the facial features and expression without losing the impact despite the change in artistic medium! That is not something you see most of the time and you kept very true to your original appearance without distorting it to suit the idealized self, which I've seen a lot of when people draw themselves. It displays both talent and a psychologically balanced mind in regards to one's self image!
