A while back my friend, RetroIn2023 asked me if I would do a poem of their original character, a homicidal magician. I truly hope they will like what I came up with. I needed something suitably spooky to kick off the season anyway.

So here he is, the great illusionist who makes people disappear both up on stage
and sometimes in real life too. The bodies disappear too, and the evidence, and even the man himself when the authorities get suspicious. It's always a new day and a new show, new games to play and maledictions to bestow. Will they ever catch him?
