Description Part of my most recent journal. This is =risha 's Alaskan Klee Kai character Aubrey. I still might draw Drake, her boyfriend's Klee Kai character, but I didn't feel like it right now. I know it's supposed to just be a sketch, but I think it's only right that I add at least a little texture and shading to it.

Klee Kais are so cute. ^.^ They're like Siberian Huskies for people who don't like big dogs. XD I did use a ref because my art always looks better if I do, even if I'm not going for realism.

Oooh, I do love this. You did a wonderful job on the pose, anatomy, and a great job on the fur. What kills me, is that this looks out of focus. I have no idea why, but... eh.

I still like it, but I would love to see it normally. Maybe it is just the school's computers. :shrugs:

It's probably out of focus because my camera isn't always so good at focusing on drawings. I mostly got lucky with the others. I took 9-10 pics for each of them and picked the best one to upload. >.<

Thankyou, by the way. This is definately the most cutesy of my recent submissions. XD Ugh, that reminds me. I've still got drawing to do. *lazy*

EEEEE!!!! Aubrey! ^^ I LOVE this! You're the first person to ever draw her for me. OO" She looks sooo adorable. ^^ I really like the style of drawing you've been using for the sketches. It's kind of realistic but not entirely so. I love her pose and expression...and the fluffy tail! And the shading is awesome.

Thank you so much for sketching her for me.

Random note: One day...Risha will own a Klee Kai. ^^

I'm glad you like it so much. ^.^ You do have a lot of characters. It'll probably take some time for all of them to be drawn. I like the style too, though I still want to work on real-realism too.

Yeah, I have an insane amount of characters. lol. I usually try to do trades to see them drawn by someone else at least once. It's a very neat drawing style. I like realism also...I just don't get to try it out that often...well, at least for animals. I do have to do some realism for my college art courses.
