Nice work here. This isn't too flat nor too beveled. You haven't abused any one filter here and that is nice. But yes the eq dithered issue does deserve some work.

This is a really nice skin, basj. The bevel is nicely put to use and the details of all the buttons/features are nice too.
One grouch I do have however, is the gradient on the EQ window. In the screen it appeared dithered and I assumed it was a result of GIF compression though unfortunately it isn't (or is it in some corny way -- a converted .bmp to .gif?). Anyway, I think it'd be time well spent to clean up the gradient within the EQ window to bring it inline with the rest of the skin as it's a great skin!
