This looks like it's avery nice peice, but if I were you, I would have left it in color, hdr is even more amazing with strange colors. The building is old and maybe not used anymore, so you could increase the "spooky" side !

Colour versions colours did not go well together, far to busy so mono'd it for the textures instead.
