Basically it's fan fiction's fault again. *MOUNT THAT THING'S HEAD ON A WALL BEFORE IT GETS TO ANYONE ELSE. ;AAA;* Even though Koops canonically still has the hots for Koopie, I can see him ending up with Vivian if things didn't go so hot with her. Vivian probably gets tired of the gloominess of Twilight Town sometimes, where else would she go for a change of scenery? Petalburg would certainly be my first choice...certainly not because of my unconditional love for Koops, no sir. It's totes close by and inexpensive to travel, mhm.

You know? i hate Koopie Koo, i just never liked her because: she tells you that she wishes that Koops is les of-a-coward, and then When he grows the balls to defeat Hooktail and save the Town, she tells him to stop and she hits him and calls him an idiot, sure, she apologises, but it feels forced
Even i'm not a big fan of the KoopsxVivian pair, i thing that Koops deserves something better than Koopie Jerk, and Vivian is sure a good choise
