Awesome hair. Honestly. 
You need to work on making your lineart curves smoother, though. You might want to work on softening the pants highlights too, as it seems kind of plastered on. For me, the more realistic the better.

The hair is something I taught myself working with pixeling. I liked it and still do. I agree my lines aren't very smooth.

I'm thinking of making time to learn good cell-shading. That way I can color much faster without too much effort.

All you really gotta do in CS2 is make your brushes hard, with 100% opacity and no flow, and color lineart just like that. The hard part is doing it in a way that looks good.
