Just a reference pic of Roy Mustang, because I can't seem to freakin' draw him correctly. And because I'm tired of my desktop being my resent deviation. This turned out pretty well I think. Yay for practice practice practice! YAY FOR MY ARTBOOK!!!!!! Yes, he's wearing an eye patch.... because really, why the hell not? Didn't you know Roy always wanted to be a pirate?Drawn in pencil, inked.

I know you mean...currently I'm having probs on his eyes. I always draw faces on seprate pieces of paper and then add them by the comp, but now i've done that, Roy is giving me trouble with placing his eyes! grr..there are so many things wrong w/ him...

The only problem i really have is his insignia doesn't match the picture. I would also have like to see more in the darkness of the shirt. Overall well done.

Yes, free floating heads rock! I almost drew him shoulders, then got lazy and said screw it. As for the insignia (I assume you mean on his coat collar?) it was really an after thought, so I could very well have done it wrong. I went off the one on Armstrong's jacket on my desktop bg. Do you know where I could fine a better pic of the insignia? As for his shirt, I only wanted to ink in the black parts, and I never intend to color it because it was just practice drawing good old Roy. I suppose I could have shaded his shirt with pencil....*ponderponder* Thanks for the constructive crit
