Belial/Mad Hatter from Angel Sanctuary by Kaori Yuki.- Print for JE.
Belial is one of my all time favorite characters (can you tell?), but for some reason I didn't draw her since 2002.
And uh... the wings and skull don't make much sense, I'm sorry for that, I tried orz.
