You can click and drag the image itself. When you do, a folder selection should pop up at the top. If you drag the image into the one marked "favorites" it should be added to your favorites.

It's a fan-nickname.
His official name is supposed to be Drew as a play on words.
A lot of people think it's an ugly name though, so they call him Sparky as a pet name.
I usually just prefer to call him "The Hero".
