by few you mean... all the way... right? like 4 full stops or more? The problem is that the buildings look very awkward and light by the toned down sky.

Very beautiful! This picture is from a year ago right? Anyways, I'd like to get some photography help from you! Was the original setting very bright? Because 1/3 and f22 should produce a pretty dark picture am i right? But here it was perfect! I'm a beginner photographer and would love to learn how u managed to do this! Did it take more than one try or did u just know the right settings? PLEASE AND THANKYOU!

Forgot to say this in my previous post, so my apologies for double posting. I know the lyrics I mentioned aren't meant to be taken literally but they were the second thing that came to mind when I saw the photo, almost immediately after "whoa". Favorite!

This looks fantastic - great colors, awesome effects, gorgeous lighting...& I love the contrast of the moving traffic against the people standing still. And maybe I'm just obsessed but for some reason, this photograph reminds me of the song One Step Closer by U2. Don't know if you've heard (of) it but there's this particular line that goes: "I'm on an island in a busy intersection / I can't go forward now, I can't turn back". Awesome.
