it s a mixed media painting/3d/phototextures

sky and water for exemple is only painted
zeppelin is 3d overpeinted on photoshop
background buildings are photo textured an overpainted

This reminds me of a dream I once had, it was a great silver city with zeppelins floating throught the air, I remember flying past them in a shiny, sleek helicopter thing!
