felt like my old pride icon base needed an update (old version: www.deviantart.com/bishopony/a… ) so here's the updated version! no 100x100 since the icon resolution got raised here on da, however if you want yours larger you can just increase the image size in your art program! (ONLY by 100% or 200% at a time! otherwise the pixels WILL be off and fuzzy!)

RULES;

- do not redistribute this base anywhere for any reason

- you may make adopts, art trades, and requests with this base but no paid YCH/commissions

- you may upload your edited version on the base offsite but you must credit me and link back to my deviantart profile

- credit me for the base (please tag me so I can see your finished edits!)

- you're welcome to remove the flag from the base and just have the pony part if you like

- you may NOT use this base for any harmful/hateful flags including pedophilia and racism

atm this is a .psd file only to keep things organized. i recommend using the free program FireAlpaca to open and edit the file since that is what I made the base in! it's available on pc/mac AND as a phone/tablet app so I recommend it
