I have to say you did a very good job here. The way you managed to make the background dark like that really compliments the color tone of the flower. Again good work.

I really like how you made the rest of the photo all black and white and just left the flower in color. I think that it really makes the flower pop out and come to life! And I have to say that the title really fits with the picture itself. A wilting/dying flower is kinda going into Eternal rest if you really think about it.Β

I love the contrast in this! Was the photo edited for the background rocks to be grey / black or was it just like that? I love the color of the flower, it looks really pretty and vibrant against the cool, dark background!

This is a very pretty picture... the one flower all alone in the rocks is just so striking and the colors go really well together. It has a sort of sad feel... but is also really interesting and pretty.

I'm glad you like and think it's striking... TBH? It's suuper close up. If I'd backed up a bit you'd have see the edges of the flower pot. That's how small that flower was. My thumb is bigger.
