This has actually been done for about a week but you guys wanted me to upload it so here it is aaaaaaa
The only thing I changed about her design was her colors because her old ones (as you can see on the right) were eye-numbing
oh and I changed the amount of nicks in her ear just because 3 looked like too much

If you want to do an alternate color palette go for it! Just make sure she's a shade of blue obviously, but it should be closer to blue-green than blue-violet on the color wheel, preferably (if that makes sense). And also try to stay away from PURE gray, because it never really looks good imo

Can be anthro or feral or even humanized, yada yada all the info should be there. Lastly (if it matters) try to draw her as ambiguously gendered as possible, nothing particularly masculine or feminine (like eyelashes), but I don't care at all tbh.
