Sooo I'm like a hardcore Sasusaku fan(they are just so adorable together and for Sasuke to be with anyone else doesn't make sense to me) and I was just wondering....
did you happen to get that title from ep258 in the second part of the chuunin exams when Sakura tries asking him not to fight, but he says he has to so he can test his power and he says, "The only thing I want is to fight those who are strong. And they happen to be right here. So I won't let even you stop me."
Sorry, just wondering! And they have so many moments together to where it's obvious at one point he had a soft spot for her, so I totally get if the title was referencing to that instead.
I don't know, lots of Naruto Shippuden episodes are flashbacks now and it showed that moment, so it's pretty fresh in my mind and I couldn't help but think of it! DX>

Sakura is not doubting her feelings. Just because she is feeling suspicious or concerned about Sasuke does not mean she doesn't love him.
She was suspicious and concerned about Sasuke in the Forest of Death and she displayed her utmost support for him.
She was suspicious and concerned about Sasuke the night he left and she confessed her love to him.
She was suspicious and concerned about Sasuke after she had a near-death incident with him and she cried tears of pain due to her love for him.
If history repeats itself, which I am pretty sure it does, there is a 99% chance Sasuke and Sakura will have a confrontation soon.
But she wants to save him from further producing destruction and in this case it may require physically battling him but this does not mean she does not love him. She is doing this because she does.
